Most cemeteries and churchyards offer limited maintenance, such as mowing lawns and rough edging. They do not have the resources to trim and inspect each individual memorial. The ultimate responsibility for maintaining the grave rests with the family and friends, not the cemetery, since families purchase the gravesite for their loved ones.
Each visit includes the removal of moss, lichen, and dirt, gentle washing with eco-friendly products, and preservation of the headstone’s integrity. We also accommodate special requests tailored to your needs.
If you can provide us with the grave location number, we can easily find it. If you don't have this information, we can locate it for a one-off fee of £25.
We will schedule the work once we receive your order. If you would like us to visit before a certain date, please let us know this information as soon as possible. All headstone cleanings are undertaken Monday to Friday.

If the headstone requires repairs or additional maintenance, we provide detailed photographs and a written report. We can also offer a ‘no obligation’ quotation for any necessary work. Any major repairs would be carried out by a specialist monumental mason.
We will notify you by email or text and provide photographs to prove the work has been completed.
Incomplete service is unacceptable. If you are not pleased for any reason, please contact us, and we will correct the issue.
